At Valetdesk we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using for your business or professional life. You have a number of choices, and we appreciate you giving us your business. Thank You. We have created this policy that details what we will do should we fail to meet your expectations.

Free Trial

Every customer gets a conditional limited time free trial (Maximum of 30 Days) with limited vehicles to be processed, during this trial you can choose to cancel the subscription, beyond this trial period Subscription will be chargeable and no refunds shall be processed due to non-satisfaction of service.

Monthly Subscriptions

If a customer cancels during the mid of a billing cycle, they can continue to use till the end of the cycle and they will not be charged for the next cycle. Their subscription will end at the end of the billing cycle or when their usage limit expires whichever is earliest.

Annual Subscriptions

Valetdesk doesn't force you into an annual subscription as a condition to use our services. We prefer to give you the flexibility to choose. In exchange for you signing up for an annual up-front commitment, we offer you a significant discount over the already-low monthly subscription cost.

We want you to be happy with our service throughout your entire contract, not only the Free Trial. So, we go beyond that. If at any time during your contract we remove, break or discontinue functionality that was available at the time you signed up for our services, we ask you to notify us immediately. If we fail to address the breakage of a functionality within any promised timelines, or if we are unable to provide a satisfactory work around for discontinued functionality, we will offer you a PRORATED REFUND for the reminder of your contract within 60 days from the date of approval of Refund.


If a customer upgrades, their current month's payment will be adjusted to the new plan subscription and their limits will be updated/increased per the upgraded plan for the current month. Their due date will not change, and they will have the remainder of the period to utilize any excess limits to be utilized.


When you opt to downgrade, the downgraded plan will be applied after their current billing cycle ends. Any overage from their current billing cycle will be calculated per the rates of the old plan and be added to their next bill. These conditions will apply for both Monthly and Annual Subscriptions.


For your convenience, your monthly and yearly subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel the service. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount.

We know that sometimes customers forget to cancel an account they no longer want until it has already been charged. That's why Customers will be sent payment reminders 7 days prior to their bill date, and one 3 days prior. When their due date is passed, they will get a notice of grace period. For a recharge account with insufficient credits, this notice will be sent every day from the due date for 5 days. After 5 days of expiry failure to complete payment will result in deactivation of service. Balance credits shall be adjusted to the due amount and a notice of balance due shall be sent to the customer.

Exception to our Refund Policy

There will be strictly no refund (FULL OR PRO-RATED) in cases where your account is terminated or suspended or blocked by Valetdesk for activities that are in violation of our Terms of Service including, but not limited to phishing, impersonation, fraud, and violation of any applicable laws.
